Terms & Conditions

Payment

Fees must be paid in advance at the beginning of each month. Accepted methods include Zelle, Venmo, or other channels communicated by the ChessBrains team.

Cancellation Policy

One month's notice is required to cancel enrollment and stop future payments. Failure to notify will result in continued monthly billing.

Refund Policy

No refunds or pro-rated fees are given for missed or discontinued sessions once a month begins.

Schedule Changes

ChessBrains reserves the right to adjust class times, batch groupings, or assigned coaches. Any changes will be communicated promptly.

Code of Conduct

All students must maintain respectful behavior during sessions. Repeated disruptive behavior may lead to suspension or termination from the program.

Liability

ChessBrains and its coaches are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during sessions. Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for their child's participation.
